Registration

From edition 2020, participants can create a personal page, but also a team page. Donations can be made both to the team but also to a participant from the team.

Each participant must register separately. The registration is only final once the registration fee of €100 has been paid.

The registration fee is €100. Starting with the 2020 edition, this fee also includes a running or cycling shirt. The shirt will be delivered by our partner FuturumShop.

Participants < 18 years old can only participate in Klimmen tegen MS if we have received a permission statement signed by a parent or guardian. Download the permission statement below and mail it to info@klimmentegenms.nl before 30 April 2022.

Information meeting

In January or February 2021 our annual information meeting will take place. How we will organise this of course depends on the guidelines with regard to the course of Covid.

The purpose of this meeting is to give information about all those topics relevant for participant; 

  • The background of Klimmen tegen MS
  • Information about the Mont Ventoux, what is waiting for you?
  • The sportive challenge, what is possible, what does the day and the days before look like?
  • Financial targets

The entry fee includes a cycling or running shirt.

Collecting the start kit in Entrechaux

The starting certificate (including handlebar plate, race number) must be collected in person from our central location in Entrechaux. This is the village hall. The route will be signposted on the spot. It is a fairly modern building which we transform into our base camp every year.

PLEASE NOTE:

The starting permits must be collected by the participants in person. Is it not possible for you to pick up your starting permit in person? Then authorise someone to collect it for you and sign the final declaration.   Don't forget to bring the stamp card of Monsieur Pic. Then we can already put the first stamp.

The venue will be open to participants on Saturday 4 June 2022 and Sunday 5 June 2022 from 13:00 to 17:00. Coffee and tea will be available, we also welcome the guides and supporters in the heart of Klimmen tegen MS 2022. Children are also welcome.

Coffee, tea and water are free. For a small fee, soft drinks and sweets will be available.

Closing (party) meeting

We would like to invite you to join us on Tuesday 7 June 2022 from 13:00 - 16:00 in Entrechaux for a snack and a drink and around 14:00 we will look back on a hopefully beautiful and unforgettable day.
